At Blue Magnolia Graphics, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below:

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@bluemagnoliagraphics.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product

  • A description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the item has been used, damaged after delivery, or if the return request is made outside the return window.
